Booking Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth schedule and high-quality service, all cleaning appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

• • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of up to 100% of the reserved service.

• • If we are unable to access the reserved property, a lockout or failed visit fee will apply.
